Our goal is to provide you with legendary guest service while you are a guest at our hotel. Over the years we have had many patients and families stay with us while visiting one of the many medical facilities in our neighborhood. Whether you are staying one night or a month our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You can focus on your appointments and treatment while we take care of everything else.

We offer complimentary shuttle service to all the medical facilities in our neighborhood which include University of Washington Medical Center and Clinic, Children’s Hospital, Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research. In fact the University of Washington Roosevelt Clinic is right across the street from the hotel.

University Inn offers a special hospital rate for every budget; from our Traditional rooms to our Premier rooms. All of our rooms include a coffee maker, hairdryer, and iron and board. Our Deluxe and Premier rooms also include a refrigerator (good for storing medication or light snacks) and microwave.

The hotel has complimentary wireless high speed internet access and a lobby email station so you can check your email while you are away from home. Our extensive breakfast bar offers waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, hard boiled eggs and pastries just to name a few. We can deliver breakfast to your room or you can also get it “To-go”.
